Angel & Tiki find Ethan's baby blankets
We spent the afternoon cleaning out the storeroom in the garage - first time since we moved in over 12 years ago! We discovered a box of well- used and loved children's books (some from my childhood from 1944), a box of special children's toys, a clown lamp, and a big carefully sealed box of baby linens and clothes. After we spread them out on the couch the cats quickly discovered that the blankets made a soft bed. We thoroughly washed the baby clothes, so Ava can try out some of her father's early duds. The knitted blankets are from her great-grandmothers, family members and family friends. The red and blue dancing dolls on the left were hand made and given to us by our dear friend, Mary Ellen Coon. We hung them on the wall over Ethan's crib.
