Yesterday it was 90 degrees and we were swimming. Today it is 60 degrees and the young deer are dashing about the meadow.
Larry and Roberta came from Midland for a visit - his first here in over 25 years. We had a good time catching up on family and letting Michael in on some of our adolescent pranks.
We walked several blocks in Pflugerville northeast of Austin, handing out materials and greeting people. Mark won the race by a healthy margin, carrying every precinct.
Michael and A meet our local state representative three days before the election. Michael also worked election day.
After watching a deep red and orange sunset we sat out on the deck and enjoyed some Riesling.
Midnight November 2nd Michael finally makes it to Austin (after a 26 -hour travel day from Stockholm). He is carrying dishes for his Mom in addition to his back pack and camera bag.
Mildred and John missed our regular Thursday supper (we went out for raw oysters at Pacific Star on 183), so Kelly treated us to Saturday morning brunch. MMMM-good Tex-Mex. (John may not be fully awake yet, but it IS Saturday!)

We flew to Chicago for a joint meeting of the boards of the American Academy of Group Psychology and the American Board of Group Psychology meeting at the Embassy Suites in Rosemont.
