The Matriarch is 96
Libby enjoyed the family time. We flew her to Dallas and put her up in the hotel so she could be in the center of our conversations. Delta Airlines took good care of her making her first trip with a wheel chair.

We spent two days swimming, sunning, but mostly talking around the pool at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison (north of Dallas). John and Mildred drove up for their Evie fix.
HAPPY Meeting in Dallas
We drove to Dallas for Hayden's wedding. We met EEK at Chuys on Knox for their TexMex fix.

Leaving for McAllen
Lorn is off to attend the 102nd birthday party for his OLD friend Charles Cameron. He'll fly back tomorrow and then on home to Dallas the next day. At 90 what a traveler!
Holiday Feast
Pat and Curt admire the festive table for our red-white-and-blue dinner. We all sang the Star Spangled Banner before eating.
Pool Crew
John, Shanthi, Kay, Russ, Lorn, Mildred, Jay, Pat and Kurt - T is in the water. On a pleasant evening we had snacks, beer and conversation for over two hours.
Austin Club Dinner
A special feast at the Club for T's birthday. Notice his new silk sport coat from his wife.

Birthday Greeting
Michael logged in from Stockholm for a videochat on T's 68th birthday. We talked about his possible future in Zurich at the research headquarters and his recent ski trip to a glacier in Norway.
