Baby Ethan
We were looking through our family photographs for Great-grandfather Lorn's 90th birthday bash in 2 weeks, and we ran across these of our babies. Here is Ethan in 1976, a fat and happy baby.

Breakfast
Ethan made delicious migas and black beans with garlic. Then he rushed Meghan off to the airport for her flight back to Austin.
First view of Evelyn
Ethan, Kelly, Meghan and Evelyn met us at the San Jose Airport. She was wearing the eggplant hat we gave her.
Dinner at airport
We left the office early to fight the evening traffic to the airport. We checked three duffle bags: one for each of us and one the steam cleaner for the CA family.

Michael, A and T had a video chat with Evelyn, her father, and her great grandparents. She watched the screen and seemed happy with her first family conference.

Nursery
The vanity from A's maternal grandmother's home is in place next to the new crib in the upstairs guest room. So Evelyn will have her great-great-grandmother's dresser in her room. Tiki keeps us company and tries out the bed.
KItchen
Matt, Deanna, Michael, A, and jack-o-lanterns in the European-castle-style kitchen in their new home near Heimat.
Kate's bedroom
Kate is very proud of her new pink room. She showed us everything from favorite dolls to the dirty clothes bin.
M. D. Lowry, M. D.
Matt showed us his newly expanded office and gave Michael a tetanus shot to protect him following a nail cut.
Hallowe'en mouth
We met the Matt Lowry family at the Smokehouse in New Braunfels for Sunday lunch. Jonathan looks at sister Kate with a lime-in-her-mouth smile. She is a real fire cracker!
Loading the van
John and Mildred (Kelly's parents) loaned us their GMC van to bring the vanity home.
