Political Action
This morning we picked up 40 lunches at Luby's and headed downtown to our State Representative Mark Strama's headquarters where he was holding his young adult political academy. We furnished the lunch and drinks for the participants after they heard presentations from two City Council members on the growth and gentrification challenges for Central Texas. We also got to hear the 'inside' story on the 07 Iowa caucuses. These informed, energetic and smart young people will be the leaders of tomorrow.
