Mothers' Day Brunch with the Wymans
We joined Curt and Pat for a sumptous feast at Onion Creek CC. We ate prawns with horseradish-spiked red sauce, smoked salmon with chive cream cheese and capers, artichoke hearts and onion and mushroom salad, prime rib (best I've ever had), chili relleno with fresh salsa, garlic mashed potatoes, baby asparagus, crab stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon, lettuce wedges with blue cheese crumbles, mimosas, creamed corn with red peppers, German chocolate cake, key lime pie, huge strawberries, dark chocolate cake with raspberry sauce, hot sticky pecan buns, and coffee. Evenso we passed on the fancy omlettes and many other dishes. We ate and talked for 2 hours for a wonderful time.
